Scenario: A user was new to the CPPS community, and needed assistance with adding items, features & applying for moderator.
Helpfulness: 9/10 – The moderator was very helpful.
Friendliness: 10/10 – The moderator was very friendly.
Accuracy: 8/10 – The moderator was very accurate.
Dedication: 6/10 – The moderator was dedicated.
OVERALL SERVICE RATING: 83%
Comment: The moderator showed very good signs of welcoming the user to the CPPS. He provided the user with a high level of knowledge, providing a reasonable answer to every question asked. He was very accurate in providing the user with methods of adding items, and receiving special features. Although, the moderator ignored parts of questions by not fully answering them. When asked about Name & Bubble glows, the moderator only provided a method into receiving Name Glow, leaving out Bubble Glows. The moderator assisted in providing the correct method into applying for moderator, and also listed that ‘Positions are closed’. The moderator provided some dedication, but did have long pauses to only answer set questions, and not go the extra mile in helping out the user.
