DATABASE BREACH: Tundra Penguin

BREAKING NEWS: TUNDRA PENGUIN DATABASE BREACH

We bring you news just in of a yet another database leak, this time for the CPPS: Tundra Penguin. Speedy CPPSHQ has not yet been advised on the current situation, but we have collected information to present to you.

A representative from Tundra Penguin has come forward via Discord with an announcement in regards to the breach:

Yes we were breached, but the only thing that could be considered personal are emails, which aren’t so personal, that were available to see. Passwords are in bcrypt so you don’t have to worry about that.

Reminder: Only emails were leaked.

And the VPS pass was changed

The leak contains usernamesemail addresses & encrypted passwords belonging to 1198 users.

Above is a censored snippet of the leaked database.

NWO has taken credit for this database breach.

An inside source has stated that the database password was just the name of their CPPS, making it seem that was barely any security protecting your account information. Whether it just being email addresses obtainable, in the wrong hands it can lead to far worse.

A representative from Pixel (which is a service Tundra Penguin was partnered with) has stated:

We advise you not to play Tundra Penguin.

It is a violation of Pixel Policy and has been breached as well.

Users on Twitter have already expressed their view of the server, here are what some had to say:
