Scenario: A user wanted to know how to get custom items and if it was possible to get speed.
Moderator: Klay

Notes: Klay did an amazing job overall. The user went up to Klay, at first saying hi and how she has not been online in awhile. The moderator then told the user how there has been a lot of updates recently. The user asked Klay if she could ask a few questions regarding a couple of things. With pleasure, Klay said yes and asked what she needed help with. The user then explained how she has seen several people with custom items and asked how to get them. Klay explained that it was on the blog. The user was a little confused at first, but she found her way to’s blog. The user then asked if it was possible to get speed. A second user approached Klay, in desperate need of help. Klay continued to help the user, hinting to the second user to hold on a minute. The moderator explained clearly that speed is for staff only at this time. The user was very happy with what she had gotten, and she thanked Klay and walked away.

      We discontinued to post on the server, on a promotional basis. This does not include Service Checks which is a mandatory requirement for all CPPS’.
