CPEmulator has recently been down, due to a C&D from Disney Club Penguin. I do not remember the quote, but it was long. ” We have decided to close our doors, it’s been a short ride. ” This was posted on Rile5. CPPS.me and the link CPEmulator is now redirecting to Rile5. Here is the link:
